“I wouldn’t have been able to do this without Art and the SBDC…thank you.”
The demands of Kaleb Warnock’s career require a strong physical regimen to combat on-duty injury, health and stress issues. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and eating right are priorities on and off the job. He and his wife Patricia craved a delicious smoothie after a hard workout. Their appetite for healthy food and a healthy lifestyle lead Kaleb on a quest to provide healthier options to the El Paso community. Kaleb opened Tropical Smoothie Cafe on April 4 and business has been non-stop. The El Paso Tropical Smoothie Cafe is the leading franchise location in Texas.
SBDC Business Advisor Art Anchondo assisted Kaleb with the essential steps needed in establishing and financing a business in El Paso. A grand opening celebration was held on April 4 and Tropical Smoothie Cafe is well on its way toward business success. Kaleb will continue to work with Art to expand cafe locations.
