Pablo Rodriguez realized corporate America limited his ability to widen his engineering disciplines. He started a company that supported unique and comprehensive manufacturing operations, “industrial automation was the perfect fit.”  Pablo took a leap of faith and started his own company. PROD Design & Analysis, Inc. started as a one-person operation providing machine design services to maquiladoras in Juarez, Mexico.

The tremendous growth in cross-border trade and opportunities in China lead Pablo to seek financing to build a new and larger manufacturing facility. He met with SBDC business advisor Art Anchondo, together they worked on financial projections and critical assumptions needed for a SBA 504 loan. Pablo obtained a loan to build a 38,000 square foot facility.
