This three-day LIVE webinar series will explore the intricacies of QuickBooks, a powerful accounting software. Expert guidance led by a QuickBooks Pro Certified Advisor will provide a thorough understanding of how QuickBooks Online functions and operates, allowing you to navigate its interface effortlessly. From navigating menus to utilizing features, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the platform, empowering you to streamline your financial management processes effectively.

Day 1: Introduction and Setup
• Understand the different QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription levels
• Converting from QuickBooks Desktop to Online Set up a new QBO account
• Get familiar with the sample QBO file
• Introduction to the Chart of Accounts (COA)

Day 2: Transactions and Bank Feed Introduction
• Learn how to enter expenses, bills, and payments
• Understand how to create invoices and receive payments
• Introduction to the Bank Feed and how to make deposits

Day 3: Advanced Features, Reports, and Reconciliation
• Deep dive into the Bank Feed and other automation tools
• Learn how to pull, customize, and review reports for accuracy
• Understand the reconciliation process for bank and credit card accounts
